Since 2005 Ms. Cordeiro has worked with clients across industries to assist them in meeting their business development and organizational goals. Ms. Cordeiro has provided hands-on proposal consulting services to large and small companies submitting proposals to multiple federal agencies including DLA, TACOM, USAF, MARCORSYSCOM, ONR, DARPA, the Canadian Ministry of Defence, the UK Ministry of Defense, various civilian agencies, foreign agencies, and prime contractors. She has developed programmatic documentation for multiple commercial clients to ensure they are successful in fulfilling programmatic, contractual, and organizational requirements. Ms. Cordeiro has been involved in winning proposal efforts worth over $28B since 2005. Ms. Cordeiro has provided government market entrance training to members of NH Procurement Technical Assistance Center (NH PTAC). She has assisted clients in reentering the U.S. and Foreign Defense markets via multiple avenues including conducting initial market analysis to determine on-ramps and applicable programs to pursue and conducting a competitive assessment including a Price-to-Win (P2W).
