Ms. Bradley has over 15 years of library experience and over 20 years of experience as a researcher and desktop publisher. Her experience in library settings coupled with her consulting experience has provided her with the skills and expertise required to collaborate and interface with a diverse set of individuals ranging from young to college age students; teachers, professors, and administrators; industry personnel, as well as military personnel from low ranking enlisted personnel (E-1) to senior level officers (O-8). Her experience consulting for clients across industries has provided her with the opportunity to apply her research and information retrieval skills to develop technical documentation, marketing collateral, and government and commercial proposals, often containing proprietary information.
Ms. Fischer currently specializes in Government Contracting and Accounting Services, including budget development, indirect rate structure development, Incurred Cost Submissions, proposal development, and General Ledger services for Government contractors. She previously held the position of Director of Accounting for a Government Contractor where she oversaw all aspects of General Ledger accounting, payroll, accounts payable, billing, budgeting, auditing, and tax planning. She also previously oversaw cost proposal development, contract management, human resources, and government facility security.
Ms. Kalaghan is a graphic designer, desktop publisher, and editor with over 20 years of experience. She has created and developed visual identity systems as well as art directed established brands. She develops marketing and advertising collateral for large entertainment venues and has provided graphic support for KPinC on a variety of projects including proposal graphics, advertising, trade show booth design, trifold DoD contractor design, and PowerPoint design for Technical Volume and oral presentations. Her keen eye, attention to detail, and spectacular editing skill have allowed her to provide a wide range of support to clients across multiple industries. Her ability to blend creativity with strategic thinking, along with her graphic skills, allows her to develop unique and comprehensive designs that accurately depict her clients' views.
Lt. Col. (Ret) Brian Keller Mr. Keller is a private consultant specializing in DoD research, development and acquisition. Most recently, he served as the Executive Assistant to the Assistant Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Innovation & Technology Transition. Mr. Keller retired from the U.S. Army in 2000. His last military job was the Product Manager for Soldier Support Systems. In this capacity, he was the Government lifecycle manager for 56 product lines. His duties included responsibility for the design, development and production of DoD airdrop systems, shelter systems, field feeding systems, and field services systems.
